What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
It depends on where you are located. Orders are usually delivered within 4-6 days.
Delivery within Belgium takes approximately 2 day. -

My order has shipped, but the tracking hasn't updated for a few days. What should I do?
Occasionally, carriers experience network delays that can slow down deliveries. These situations are, unfortunately, beyond our control.
Once a package leaves our warehouse and you receive a tracking number, it is officially in the carrier's hands.Because of this, we are unable to contact the carrier on your behalf.
We kindly suggest reaching out to them directly for the most up-to-date information. However, if your package is officially declared lost in transit, please let us know immediately so we can help. -
How to wear fragrance?
Hydration is the key to longevity. Perfume evaporates faster from dry skin. Before applying, use a neutral, scent-free lotion or cream - this creates a "base" for the fragrance molecules to cling to.
Apply to pulse points where blood vessels are closest to the skin (warmth helps the scent unfold): wrists, neck, inner elbows, and behind the ears. Resist the urge to rub - friction from rubbing your wrists together destroys the fragrance structure, "breaking" the top notes.
Just let the liquid dry naturally on your skin. For a subtle, even trail, spray the perfume in the air in front of you and simply walk through the scented cloud. -
What determines fragrance longevity?
How long a fragrance lasts depends on its type (whether it’s an EDT or EDP) and its base ingredients.
Scents featuring woody notes, amber, or resins typically linger much longer than light floral or citrus compositions.
