Delivery Terms and Procedures
Orders are delivered to the Buyer or a third party designated in the Order (the Recipient). If the aforementioned parties are unavailable, the Order may be released to any individual who can provide the Order details and complete the full payment. In such instances, the Seller's delivery obligations are deemed duly fulfilled. All necessary shipping and sales documents are provided upon delivery. To ensure secure handover, the carrier’s representative may request a valid ID to verify the Recipient’s identity.
Upon receipt, the Recipient is required to inspect the integrity of the external transport packaging. Please note that delivery personnel are not authorized to provide product consultations; all product-related inquiries should be directed to our Customer Support.
Should you detect any damage to the packaging, product defects, or missing items, the Recipient must document this with the carrier’s representative by filing a formal claim. Right of withdrawal
You can return your order within 14 days of delivery. Items purchased on sale are not eligible for return.
If you simply change your mind, you will be required to pay the return shipping cost. We do not charge any additional handling fees, so you will receive a full refund for the item.
The right of return is lost if the bottle has been opened (the protective film/seal has been removed) for hygiene and health reasons. Therefore, the Buyer must ensure upon receipt that the item is unopened, unused and in its original packaging.

All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, and other proprietary rights related to our Website and its content, are owned by us or our licensors.
